Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom house cost?

The cost depends on floor area, roof shape, number of bathrooms and package. After your request our manager will estimate the price. Delivery, foundation, installation, crane and utility connections are priced separately. The final price is fixed in the contract.

What does a custom project include?

An architectural project, full design documentation and a 3D model of the house. You see your future house before production starts.

Do you build two-storey houses?

Yes. Our design engineer chooses the module layout and structure for your project.

Can I modify a ready model?

Yes. It is often easier to take a catalogue model and change the layout, size or facade. This is faster and cheaper than a project from scratch.

Are there size limits?

The house is assembled from modules transported by road. A module is 3.5–4 m wide and up to 14 m long; wider houses are made of several modules. A truck must be able to reach the plot: road at least 4 m wide and 4.5 m clearance.

How long do production and installation take?

60 days of production after the project is approved. Installation: 1 module in 1 day, 2 modules in 2–3 days.
