Frequently asked questions
What is included in the price, and what is paid separately?
The price covers the house in the chosen package. Delivery, foundation, on-site installation, crane work and utility connections are paid separately. We will price them together with the house for your plot.
Can I live in the house all year round?
Yes. Our houses are designed for permanent living in winter and summer. We match the insulation thickness to the climate of the region or country where the house will stand.
How long will the house last?
A timber frame house that is built and maintained properly lasts 50 years or more. In Scandinavia, Canada and Germany, families live in such houses for generations. Durability comes from dry pine timber, fire- and bio-protective timber treatment, membranes that protect against moisture and wind, and assembly in a closed workshop where the frame never gets wet. We give a 5-year warranty on the structure. To keep the house in good shape, renew the protective coating of the facade on time and keep the gutters clear.
What is the warranty?
5 years on the structure and 1 year on finishing materials.
How does payment work?
In stages, following the schedule in the contract. The price is fixed in the contract and only changes if you change the design or the package. Before shipping, you accept the house at our production site.
How long does installation take?
Production in the workshop takes 60 days. On-site installation takes 1 day for a single-module house, 2-3 days for two modules and 4-5 days for three.
What is included in the house?
There are two packages: Shell & core and Comfort. The full specification of each is on the model page.
Where do you deliver?
Across Ukraine, and we export to Europe.
