Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the website lifehome.in.ua collects, why, how we use it and what rights you have. We process data in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for visitors from the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

Data you enter in a form: name, phone number, email (if you provide it), location of your plot, intended use of the building and your message.

Technical data: the page the request was sent from, how you came to the website (for example Google search, an ad or social media), IP address, device and browser type, and actions on the website. This data is collected by cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

We do not ask for or collect passport data, bank card numbers or health information.

3. Why we use your data

  • to contact you, answer your request and calculate the price of a house;
  • to prepare a quotation and a contract if you decide to order;
  • to understand how visitors use the website and improve it;
  • to measure our advertising and show ads to people who were interested in our houses.

4. Legal basis

We process form data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection"; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For visitors from the EU we use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent, given in the cookie window, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). For other visitors we use them on the basis of our legitimate interest in developing the website and advertising, and you can opt out in the cookie settings.

5. Who may receive your data

We do not sell your data. Only LIFE HOME employees who need it to handle your request have access. To run the website and process requests we use the following services:

  • Tilda Publishing: the platform that hosts the website and forms;
  • Telegram and Google (Gmail): delivering requests to our staff;
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC): website analytics and advertising;
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): measuring and showing ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Some of these services process data on servers outside Ukraine, including in the USA and the EU. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser.

  • Necessary: make the website and forms work, for example remember how you arrived so that this is sent together with your request.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are useful.
  • Advertising: Google Ads and Meta Pixel, to measure ad results and show ads to interested people.

You can change your cookie choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the website or in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep data

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your request, but no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you. If you become our customer, data is kept for the term of the contract and for the periods required by law for accounting and tax records. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • know what data about you we process and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted or its processing restricted;
  • object to processing for advertising;
  • withdraw your cookie consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU, with the data protection authority of your country.

9. Data security

The website uses a secure HTTPS connection. Only employees who work with customers have access to requests.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with its date at the top.
