How we work

1. Request and quote. We price the house for your site.
2. Contract. We fix the specification, price and schedule.
3. Production, 60 days. The house is built indoors at our factory, whatever the weather.
4. Factory acceptance. In person or via video call.
5. Delivery and installation. 1 module in 1 day, 2 modules in 2–3 days, 3 modules in 4–5 days.

Staged payment

60% on signing, 30% after production, 10% after installation. Without installation: 70% on signing, 30% before the house leaves the factory. Export: 50% on signing, 50% before shipping.

5 years on the load-bearing frame, 1 year on finishing materials.
